Our Mercer Point Annual HOA Members Meeting will be held Wednesday, December 7 at 7pm.

Three of the five Board member positions are up for election. Please submit your resume and cover letter stating why you are interested by 5pm Monday, November 14.

If you do not plan to attend the meeting please sign the proxy form that was mailed to you and return before the beginning of the meeting (7pm) on December 7.

Mercer Point Condominiums is a gated condominium community located on Whitemarsh Island, only 10 minutes away from both downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. About the Home Owners Association

The homeowners of Mercer Point created the Home Owners Association to help homeowners address their needs associated with owning a property. The HOA includes all of the owners of each unit, and is run by elected volunteer homeowners within the community.
